This site is run by me, Andrey Troegubov. For the purposes of GDPR, I'm the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach me at andrey@troegubov.co.
When you download my resume, I ask you to sign in with LinkedIn first. That sign-in shares the following with me: your name, email address, LinkedIn member ID, locale, whether your email is verified, the language you used on the site, and the time of the download.
The reason is simple: you're downloading my resume, so I want to know who's interested so I can reach out about opportunities. That's the only purpose. I don't sell this data, share it with advertisers, or hand it to anyone else.
I rely on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Signing in with LinkedIn to download the resume is a deliberate choice you make, and the notice next to the download link tells you what gets shared before you do it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing me, and I'll delete your data.
Your data is stored in Netlify Forms and sent to me by email. Netlify, Inc. is based in the USA and acts as my processor; Netlify participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Signing in itself happens on LinkedIn and is governed by LinkedIn's own privacy policy — LinkedIn is an independent controller for that part of the process, not my processor.
I keep download records for up to 12 months, then delete them.
The site uses only strictly necessary cookies — no analytics, no tracking, no ads.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, request a copy in a portable format, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, just email andrey@troegubov.co.
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
